Return Process

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and securely pack them into the original shipping bag or a similar mailing satchel.

  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location or drop-off point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
